After 20 hours of working and editing, finally reorginzed the stuff and now our comic pages are more sufficient. I am done with technical updates for this month so notify what is new.
-Our Shop- New! Is now selling our magazine. Make a mental note our first issue was rushed beyond deadline. We first made a prototype and sold it at Fresh Meat at School of Visual Arts. Luckily we got alot of good feedback from the important people that went to that fair. Ofcourse it will be nice if someone wrote a review of that event. Anyway our first issue has some grammar mistakes there and there… Hopefully on our next issue that will be improved.
-Reila & Ponzi - Have new layots that nearly killed me to make, gah but I did it… I may have to revise the Ponzi layot in the future but meh….
-Button fixeses/Section Fix- Little cleaning with our work/comics/animation. Less mixed up. Added the illustrations in Piano Prince.
-Shoutbox- New! You can now leave messages/feedback through the shoutbox which can be found in Reila & Ponzi.

We gather here today to witness the birth of the official Pigtail Studio Magazine
The first ever issue of STORY ARC!
This magazine features amazing works from Pigtail Studio members.
Short story Leila, mini comic Pig Tales and long series Ponzi are published in the first volume!
The magazine also include a short introduction from one of our member Lili and a promotion ad for my animation Last War.
Story Arc will be a seasonal magazine for the first year and then it will eventually evolve to an anthology that would update every 1 or 2 month.
Please stay tuned for our next installment in Fall 2009! And a round of applause for Maria who worked so hard to get this volume published! ROCK ON BABY!
Where to start!
Currently we are working on:
1) Ponzi – Chapter 02 is finally coming along, oooh been a year of absence but the story will go on. Hopefully Lily and Kevin will put their best team effort and get through the entire volume 01 so we can get to volume 02 of the series.
2) Yes, we’ve been planning this for a while and we finally are publishing our first magazine issue under ComixPress.com. More information will be revealed. Currently our goal is to have a web magazine like Shounen Jump, but readable online and thouse who want to own it can buy it. So right now we are in a lot debt partially, because spend a fortune on making our ruff issue and then an actual published version. So let’s hope will get some readers on it.
3) Alright we are going to have two animation works that are gonna come out by the end of April 2010. They are adoptions of comics that we work on. Cough cough one them is our short comic story Reila and the other one has not been released.
4) Our Amazing Kate Rhodes have been doing a lot of music compostion for of animation that Yen from altarstudio.com and Jen have done on her Last War trailer. So we are hoping to do cover on her music and promote her amazing work. Kate should feel accomplished her music abilities have grown alot since we’ve known her.
5) A Few more site revisions would be nice and then it will be good to go! Also working on promotion plans, maybe visiting conventions. Alot of work this year hopefully we will see results by next year.
Site is Under Maintenance, for temporary fixes and updates. If you see errors’s or changes it’s due to the fact we are testing out new layouts and fixing sections. Please be patient. Hopefully after this we will have a nice easy layout and a nice website to boost it. ^.^

-Yey, me just finished editing all the pages, after I scanned them in 4 parts per page. Took Me all day to put it together. So check out my small short comic story Les Chants De Maldoror. It is my visual adaptation of sinister vampire poetry by Comte de Lautréamont. It is very surreal and experimental.

This’ Kevin,first time posting, and I am chiefly responsible for penciling and inking Maria’s Ponzi comic. As you may notice there’s a sliiiight delay with Ponzi since we’re all busy with our thesis projects for school and others. We’ll keep you all updated with our progress.
Tried to work on Ponzi when spare time permits itself but don’t you worry! Here’s a little sneak peak of one of the upcoming chapters. Just one of many pages. Ok? Ok. x:
After I’m done with my thesis or anything, I’ll try to work my rear off to full gear. Catch you all later!

After many days of thinking and sleepless nights. The layout bothered me, as I got closer to understanding wordpress I started re-designing few things and moving information from my html pages to wordpress blog program to make a better website. I hope it’s not difficult to navigate. I still need to fix some broken links, but give me some feedback on pigtails new site.

Our New comic Reila is up and complete! This comic is an attribute to well known song by Gazette “Reila”. This comic will be adapted into an animation film. With a lot of hard work I hope to complete the animation by summer 2010. So cheer me on.
